October is fire safety month so, being the wonderful husband and father that he is, Doug graciously allowed me to volunteer his services to Kinsley's class last week. They were ecstatic to have a real live firefighter visit so they invited another class to join them. Doug had the privilege to present his fire safety tips to 24 two year olds. The teacher said that he held them captivated for a good 15 minutes. If you know any 2 year olds then you know that 15 min in their world is like 15 hours in ours. I'd say he was pretty successful and Kinsley was very proud to have her daddy there!
